National Vinyl Products (NVP) plans to build a 30,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Nifa, United States as part of its $7 million investment program. The company plans to double its existing capacity and develop more specifications and product colors.
The construction of the production base will be completed in the spring of 2018, when more than 20 jobs will be added.
Founded in 2000, National Vinyl Products is a vinyl fence manufacturer and retailer in the western United States. The company's first growth strategy was to set up an extrusion plant in Nifa in 2004. Since then, the company has been manufacturing vinyl fences in a variety of styles and colors.
Currently, the company mainly sells fences to distributors and contractors in North America. The company says it uses an exclusive formula in its production process, using titanium dioxide, stabilizers, and UV inhibitors to prevent vinyl fences from fading or yellowing.
President John David Hadfield said at a press conference: "NVP is providing customers with a variety of high-quality vinyl fence products, and is very excited to see the company's growth, which also supports the local economy."
